#Brunch was Miracle Noodles aka your good ol’ Shirataki Noodles (Spinach Flavour in this case). A hearty plate of just the noodles – approximately 198g – comes in at just 4.7g carbs. I toyed around with specific grams of green beans and onions but went easy on the fat. The vegetables were sautéed in ghee… A full 100gms of it. I didn’t even weigh the uber ketolicious mushrooms… Just threw them in to wither and shrivel in the pan. Shirataki noodles are an acquired taste to be honest. If you are not into noodles per se you won’t miss anything. But if you do like your pasta and noodles and if you are in danger of derailing yourself from your diet due to intense comfort food (read: pasta) cravings then these will do the trick.
