Quest Nutrition Protein Bars and Cookies I just recently tried these and theyre so good . . . . I decided to give these Quest Nutrition protein bars and cookies a try and they are amazing! They all have 5g Net Carbs or less and taste like regular sweets! They are easily one of the best craving stoppers I have found and theyre packed with protein. The cookies have 15gF/17gP/4-5gC and the bars have 5gF/21gP/4-5gC.
